- Engineered and consulted on funding for a US$9million facility with Barclays Bank Gh Ltd for Lease-purchasing of Trucks and trailers from Tanink Ghana Limited for a Ghana Bauxite Co. Ltd haulage project being undertaken by Excel Courier Gh,. Ltd.
- Consulted and structured a ¢2Billion funding arrangement for Creator Schools for their development projects with Merchant Bank Limited.
- Sourced and secured a ¢1.3 Billion loan facility from the Standard Trust Bank Gh. Ltd. for Westlande Co. Ltd for the continuation of work at the Western Regional Cultural Theatre.
- Engineering the structuring of import credits for GNPA with Chubb group USA to a tune of US$13.5million.
- Commenced negotiation for the leasing of the state of the art rice mill already in Ghana.
- Through its Executive Chairman arranged a US$ 5 Billion loan at 3% interest, 5 years moratorium and 20 years repayment period for the Government of Ghana in the year 1997 but Ghana government delayed in taking advantage of the offer.
