The mission of the company is to meet trade and consulting needs through value for money concept beneficial to her customers as well as maximizing stake- holder’s value. Quality goods and service are the watch words of the company. This puts the company in the perspective where she endeavors to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s business today.
Aware that any good business must be born with care as same done properly would become a superior economise weakness, as well as managing the treats and risks of efficiently becomes crucial than ever. SWOT and PEST analysis are being employed continually for optimum performance.

Uniex has since her incorporation in 1994 undertaken researches and feasibilities on projects for their viabilities towards the attainment of her goals. These have been executed in line with the company’s strategic plans and objectives. She has been operating in a) Commodities (Import, Export and Trading), b) Consulting and Brokerage services, c) Farming, and d) Project Management.   

The company has attained 70% success in her mission and can predict with about 95% confidence that she would become one of the best two Trading (Commodity) and consulting house in Ghana by year 2015, yielding a combined annual corporate profit in millions of dollars and growing at 20% per annum within her short term plans.
